AI Engineer (Junior/Middle/Senior)

• Develop and implement AI/ML models for image processing, computer vision, and natural language tasks.

• Conduct requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Research and experiment with the latest AI/ML techniques, including insights from academic papers.

• Collaborate with the team to design scalable and maintainable AI software systems.

• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.

• Support the integration of AI solutions into production environments.

Must-have

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development.

• Strong knowledge of image processing, machine learning, computer vision, and LLMs.

• Proficiency in Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, Hugging Face).

• Familiarity with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation techniques.

• Ability to analyze requirements and contribute to software/system design.

• Strong research skills with the ability to interpret and implement concepts from AI research papers.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployment.

• Knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning).

• Understanding of distributed computing and GPU acceleration.

• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research.

Education
